How can I track my order?

Delivery within Cairo usually takes 2–4 business days. For other areas, delivery generally takes 4–7 business days.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes. Orders may be modified or canceled within the first hour after confirmation by contacting our support team.
Is delivery free?
No. Shipping fees depend on your location and are clearly displayed during checkout.
Do you deliver to all governorates?
Yes. We deliver across all governorates in Egypt through our shipping partners.
What happens if I’m not available?
The courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times. After that, the shipment may be canceled and additional fees may apply.
Can I change the delivery address after shipping?
Yes, but extra fees may apply because the request is treated as a new shipment adjustment.
Can I ship to a different address?
Yes. You can choose an alternative delivery address during checkout.
Can you ship fragile items?
Yes. Fragile items can be shipped using special packaging, and an additional fee may apply.
What if the product is damaged?
Please refuse the order immediately upon delivery, and we will arrange a refund or replacement.
